This is a high quality, preserved cushion moss (also known as bunn, boll and pole moss). This moss was once alive, and through a preservation process has been allowed to retain all of its texture and is a vibrant green colour.

This moss is perfect for terrarium and living art enthusiasts, as well as for various home and garden projects, whether it be kokedama, modelling, railway modelling, general decoration, artwork or for parties and events.

It can create a wonderful, natural aesthetic. Use this moss to create accent areas in your designs, to denote hills or mounds of luscious land.

Please Note:

Do not water the moss or keep it in constant direct sunlight - may lose some vibrancy of colour.
Preserved moss is dyed, so may turn your hands a little green during use. This is easily washed off (and non-toxic), but we recommend wearing gloves.
Colour may differ slightly from pictures due to the computer screen. The moss is generally more vibrant/colourful than as displayed via a screen.
Please allow for small margins of difference in weight of the products. We will always endeavour to err on the side of giving the customer more.

Our live moss enjoys mild temperatures, bright but indirect sunlight, and high humidity.

Our preserved moss is zero-maintenance and thus requires no upkeep, but we recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight and not exposing the moss to constantly high levels of humidity.
