Christmas/New Year shipping 2024

We've had a wonderful BFCM and Christmas period so far. Heather and I thank you so much for your orders and continued support.

Below is some information on orders, shipping and arrival times during the Christmas/New Year period. Please read carefully as this may affect any orders you place with us between 14/12/24 and 13/01/25

OUR HOLIDAY PERIOD

If you didn't already know, ome is a rather small business and at the moment staffed by just myself and my partner, Heather.

We've not had a proper break since I started the business in 2020, so we're taking our first extended holiday off in a very long time. Yay!

We'll be leaving on 23/12/2024, and returning on 13/01/2025.

We will have someone coming in to help catch up with some orders during this period, but service will likely be much slower than usual. Normal service should resume from 14/01/2025 onwards.

UK ORDERS - LATEST SHIPPING AND ARRIVALS

Royal Mail's latest shipping date to guarantee next day delivery is 21/12/24 (Saturday).

Therefore, we can guarantee any orders placed on and up until the end of the 19/12/24 (Thursday) will be shipped by then, and should arrive before Christmas.

We will still be processing orders made after this point, so it is possible that we could ship later orders to arrive on time but we cannot guarantee this.

Any orders made after 19/12/24 may not ship until, latest, Mid January - when we return from our holiday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

It is harder to absolutely guarantee shipping times with international orders due to sudden complications that can occur with worldwide couriers over the Christmas period.

Any orders made on or before 14/12/2024 will absolutely be sent out on time and with the correct shipping level to get the best chance at Christmas delivery.

We will be upgrading shipping services to the highest level, free of charge, where necessary to ensure parcels arrive before Christmas.

Please be aware we cannot absolutely guarantee in all circumstances that international orders made on or before this date will arrive before Christmas.

We will still be processing orders made after this point, so it is possible that we could ship later orders to arrive on time but we cannot guarantee this.

Any orders made after 14/12/24 may not ship until we are back from our holiday in Mid January.
